The dimensions are 55x28x19 mm  balanced, solid, and substantial. The 19mm thickness gives this stone a real presence that you feel immediately when you pick it up. It is chunky enough to feel meaningful but not so large that it becomes impractical to handle or display. It sits perfectly in the palm. The weight distribution feels even and natural.
 
The color is one of the strongest features of this piece. It is a deep, true forest green  not yellow-green, not olive  green. In natural light the body of the stone has real warmth and depth to it. Hold it to the light and the interior comes alive. The translucency on this piece is excellent, particularly along the upper half of the stone where the glass thins slightly. When the light hits it right, the internal texture and the surface spires are both visible simultaneously, one behind the other, creating a layered effect that is genuinely striking.
 
At 20 grams, the hedgehog texture has more room to express itself. The spires cover the full surface in dense, well-formed clusters and the grooves between them are deep and clearly defined. There is a richness to the texture at this size that smaller stones simply cannot achieve.
